Each of the seven councils involved in the combined authority will enter into an operating agreement which details how work will be carried out and who will do it, as well as the protocols which underpin the operation of the Combined Authority.
The operating agreement will be discussed at the North East Leadership Board meeting on 29th April 2014 and will be available following agreement.
