The constitution sets out how the North East Combined Authority operates, how decisions are made and what procedures will be followed to ensure the Combined Authority works efficiently, effectively and is both transparent and accountable.
The North East Combined Authority constitution will be discussed at the North East Leadership Board meeting on 29th April 2014 and will be available following agreement.
