&lt;p&gt;Following a meeting of the North East Leadership Board (NELB) it has been revealed that the Leaders of Newcastle, Northumberland and Sunderland councils will steer the work streams underpinning the priorities for the new Combined Authority (CA).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
