The Inquiry reconvened at 11.30 am. Mr Sauvain outlined the Planning Direction document, after which he addressed a number of questions put to him by the Inspector. The Inquiry was adjourned for lunch at 1.00 pm
PM
The Inquiry reconvened at 2.20 pm. Mr Sauvain outlined the Protective Provisions which the PTA have put forward to address issues related to affected land owners, public utilities and agencies and also in relation to tolling. The Inspector put a number of questions to Mr Sauvain. The Inquiry adjourned at 3.45 pm
The Inquiry will reconvene at 9.00 am tomorrow when Mr Sauvain will deliver
his closing address before the Inquiry is formally closed.
