Evidence was given by Mr Malcolm James Simpson in relation to Alternative Options to the proposed New Tyne Crossing in accordance with his proof of evidence.
He was cross-examined by Mr Brian Atkinson of Friends of the Earth, Mr Murphy of NECTA and Mr Winch of the Tyne Crossings Alliance.

Evidence was given by Mr Nick Chism of KPMG in relation to a financial analysis of the project. He was cross-examined by Mr Winch of Tyne Crossing Alliance, Mr Murphy of NECTAR and Mr Sanders of Friends of the Earth.
Evidence of Mr Harvey Emms of Newcastle City Council was present at the Inquiry on Planning Issues. Questions were put to him from the Inspector, the Tyne Crossings Alliance, Friends of the Earth and local residents.
The

be presented by Mr C Jubb on Landscape issues and Mr P Fenwick on Property
Acquisition and Interests.
